Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Cerul websites, applications, APIs, SDKs, and related services.

1. Using the Service

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account credentials, API keys, and activity under your account. Do not publish keys or embed them in client-side code.

2. Acceptable use

- Do not use the Service for unlawful activity or to infringe the rights of others.

- Do not disrupt, probe, or circumvent platform security, permissions, quotas, or rate limits.

- Do not resell or redistribute access without written permission.

- Do not use automated means to create accounts or credentials in bulk.

3. Plans and billing

Cloud usage may be subject to plan, quota, and rate limits. Paid services are processed through the designated payment provider. Pricing changes will be communicated as required by law or contract.

4. Content and results

You retain rights in content you submit. Search results, timestamps, transcripts, and other generated outputs are provided as available and may contain errors or become unavailable when a source changes.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cerul is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.

6. Suspension, changes, and governing law

Access may be suspended for violations of these terms or security threats. Material changes will be posted or communicated. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
